Frank is a husband, father of four children, and a member of St. Matthew the Apostle parish. He was born in Detroit in 1954, attended Catholic grade and high schools, and earned a degree in economics at the University of Michigan. Frank and Judeen were married in 1982. Frank has held leadership positions in both major department store and retail mall management companies. In 2013, he joined St. Patrick's as their business manager, utilizing his business skills in service to the Church in an even greater way.

Catholic Men's Luncheons are held on the first Friday of the month from February to June and from September to December. No reservations are required! All luncheons are held at St. Patrick church in downtown Columbus, Ohio
